Information we use and why
- Contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order details and correspondence are used to take orders, deliver goods, handle returns and provide customer support. We do this to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before a contract.
- Account information is used to provide your customer account, where you choose to create one.
- Order and transaction records are retained to meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.
- Limited technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, is used for site security, fraud prevention and resolving technical problems. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the store, balanced against your rights.
Information needed to fulfil an order is marked during checkout. If it is not supplied, we may be unable to complete the order. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Where an online payment method is available, payment details are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. We do not store your full card number or card security code in our store. We review support and technical records and remove them when their operational purpose has ended.
