Shipping & delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or overseas addresses.

Free standard delivery

Standard delivery is free on every order within our delivery area. There is no minimum order value and no additional delivery surcharge for bulky items or Northern Ireland.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. Weekends and UK public holidays do not count as working days.

These are estimates. If a delay occurs, we will contact you with an update. Delivery estimates do not reduce your legal rights. Unless we agree another delivery period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract.

Bulky deliveries

If a delivery appointment or access information is needed for a bulky item, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order. Please tell us about access restrictions before dispatch so that we can confirm the arrangements.

Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries

Contact support@shturl.cc with your order number. We are responsible for the goods until they reach you or someone you have nominated to receive them. Please report delivery issues as soon as practical; there is no reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights.

Returns collection

Bulky-item return collection is free within our delivery area, including when you exercise your right to cancel. Contact us to arrange collection. Read our returns and refunds policy.
